Well, I don't really know where to start but here we go...
First to all you ppl who are going to the lair in your low 40ies or in worst case in your late 30ies. Please don't go at all. If you come in a grp then you are with them and their choice to bring you. But when you are coming to the lair solo at 40 or 41 and demand to get a grp, don't expect to get one. You are to low simply. Stay in Spindelhalla or try the areas with Svartalfs and try organising a party of your own instead of running to the lair and whine.
Second the leeching problem. Some ppl think that because they don't get a grp it's ok for them to leech and that is not the case. Its really lame to leech when a grp has told you not too. I might add a note to the leechers that they arn't making many friends by leeching. So your short sightness in order to get xp atm, dosen't pay in the long run since no one wants to grp with you.
Third, dragon time. At 12 all grps have to leave the lair in order to avoid the dragon. When the grps come back at 13.30-13.45 they should get the same spot as they had before. Its not nice to steal a spot from another party without asking them if its ok.
Fourth, entering and exiting the lair. When running the "hell mile" from the H to lair and get aggro, don't run into a big grp who is fighing mobs in order to save yourself at the expence of those ppl. It's better for all that you let the mobs kill you and ask for a ress. There is no point in letting all ppl die because you got aggro mobs on your back.
And finally we have the contest for the good spots at lair. In front of lair there isn't really room for more then two grps (2 dubble grps that is). I've seen up to 4 grps camping that area. And what happens is this. The area in front of the lair is framed out. As the puller has to run longer and longer distances to get mobs, the grp will follow. And as we all know that the Drakulvs has mega long aggro range. So when the big POP comes, the party auto pulls a shitload of drakulvs and the party get their butt kicked. So if there are fewer grp in front of lair there would be less deaths.
That was about it I guess...
