It sucked. Big time. As one of the BBC news online comments said:

"The Nominations were a joke, the winners were the punchline"

I mean, Jonny Vegas was ripping the piss from the first award.

The Strokes were the only good performance cause they actually got on with it and played the music. Julian Casablancas has a great voice for the genre (kinda like an "old jazz singer" says my old man, I think I agree).

The rest was just OTT shite. Ali G was tragic.
