Mithra and Catacombs enlargements are nice :) Much more room for groups to xp and much more to kill.

Icons are neat as well. Hasteners are fun as well, speeding to relic keep with it without any other speeder in group is nice for soloers and people who buy ingredients :)

Oh btw there's a new tower at HW crossroads :) got a nice lookout from there over the crossroads. All the waylayers are gone and now are exiled hunters, etc. :)

So sure some nice things in this patch :)

lol, i suppose it heps to play noob chracters. i spent most of my short time on gorre in emain getting my photo taken with some sexy ladies, healing, AE mezzing large groups of albi/hib, ressing, casting cure mez, chain casting my dmg shield with the uber graphic, crying over the loss of the runie sleeves, etc, etc.

oh well, plenty of time to do everything else towmorrow :)

afaik Treibh Caliite has some new parts too. Kill a stone golem and get on his spawn - wait for it to respawn - get teleported. Think theres 3 new parts there as ive seen on a map.

it has some logic in it:

scale armor cosists of little plates, sewed on a leather suit. The scales stack on each other like the scales of a fish, if you move an object from top to bottom your object will slide over the scales, but if you move that object from bottom to top it will dig itself into the scales, hitting the suit and the wearer.
Blunt weapons just bash on scale, moving the scales towards the wearer but after the weapon is removed, the scales move back to their original place. Pierce will just hit the scales, pressing them inwards, but again, after the force is removed, the scales will go back to their original place.
Blades, if moved in an upwards direction, will dig into the scales, the blade will get under the scales, hurting the wearer underneath it.

chain:
both blunt and blades will hit the chain armor but after the weapon is removed the chain will go to the original form. The wearer will receive the impact of the blade/blunt weapon but thats all, the armor will prevent the weapon from penetrating it.
pierce weapons will go trought the chain, hitting the wearer underneath it.

plate:
blade: if you make an exactly 90° hit on a piece of plate you have a chance of denting it/passing through the armor. If you dont hit it that way, the blade will get reflected by the armor, and the wearer will only feel the impact damage of the blade.
pierce: same like blades, if you dont hit the plate piece straight on, it will get reflected.
blunt: blunt changes the armor into a weapon against the wearer. blunt weapons dent the armor but in opposition to other armors, plate armor doesnt go back to its original form when the force is removed. The dents created by a blunt weapon stay on the armor and even when the weapon is removed the wearer will suffer from the dents on his armor. (but the suffering after the hit from a blunt weapon isnt implemented in game)

yup me and 2 other guildies had a look thru nowt to shout home bout but good nonetheless
