lowest is 5.3 i think

on hib and alb more slow bows - more damage

I like Braggarts bow myself for RvR. Sometimes I use a bow from cata
that has liftap proc and 24% arrow recover to that is really nice. Every hunter should have a Fools bow too. Great for doors on keeps/towers.

While we on this topic I would like to ask if someone could explain the logic
of why mid has faster bows? Our archer classes has less dex than the
other realms so we should have _slower_ bows to make up for lesser DPS.
It dosent make sense to me. :[

bow of silent oblivion is really good too, if you max dexcap on other items. has the battlerproc which is nice vs the miss miss miss evade evade block archery routine i guess.
