First I want to say thank you to everyone that kindly donated items for the auctions and for the grab bags that were sold!

Second, thank you Liste and Ziera for organizing this and the kind people of PARP for working so hard to make it run!

Thirdly, thank you Lord Jupitus and Lady Lunar for making the kissing booth quite an attraction.

Thank you GOA for adding the merchants and decorations again to make it more festive!

Thank you to the individual contributors, such as Angels of Darkness for their generous donation to the door fund.

And finally thank you everyone for attending.

Last time I checked, we made over 20 plat... damn that's impressive. The money will be split evenly between alliances and given for the relic door fund

Oh and congrats to the Templars for winning the limmerick contest. I hear it was a close one (was detained, had to miss that part :( ) and I will make sure not to miss the next one.

The slave auction was also very successful, people were very generous in their bids and there were quite a few close bids there. Thank you everyone for participating!! Oh and I need to say that we look forward to hearing how your "enslavement" went.

Mine? Well I was quite relieved I wasn't ordered to do anything like clean the windows of Camelot or anything. (lol) Instead I got to help Indiana Jones finish his epic quest and then helped take back Beno. Thank you m'lord, for a fun evening. :)

Please, I know that Ziera and Liste are dying for praise and feedback, so please start sharing!!

Hurray for Ziera, Liste and all those who helped the bazaar be such a resounding success!

I believe that over 28 plat was made, which was astounding!

Mind you, Kyra neglected to mention the price that Lord Jupitus had to pay for her.... 2 plat. TWO PLAT!!!!

Just as well I got Bodzilla really, wasn't it? ;)

Well done to the Templars for winning the Limerick competition, purely by the fact that they managed to complete their ditty's on time. Actually, the Legion limericks were far superior in humour and wit, but the clock kept beating us, Ho hum....

Seriously, well done Templars. We look forward to a rematch:)

The auctions were well populated, with some of the items going for serious cash, and the grab bags ( sort of class and level based lucky dips) were a stroke of genius.

The crafters were also doing a roaring trade, and all in all it was a wonderfully fun evening.

Oh.. and thanks to Kemor for decorating Ludlow and putting in the vaultkeeper and extra merchants. He was around watching the various events, by the way.

Um.. have I forgotten anything? Ah.... oh yes....:D

The kissing booth :D
What can I say, you gentlemen out there were a joy to serve, and I'm sure Jupitus was having a whale of a time! ;)

A great evening all round. Let's do it again sometime :)

Umm yeah I kinda left that part out. :) It was a new record for me. *blush* But Bodzilla himself was bidding on me too, that was funny. (thanks Bod!) Luner was hilarious, btw. :)

Oh yes I am sorry, I did mean to thank the crafters too, we are looking forward to hear about their success also!

Hello everyone! :)

Thank you all for a great night! We added 10 plat!! to last years income. This means PARP at the moment, has the grand sum of 28.5 plat! Well done!

Organising an event like this is extremely stressful, but seeing the actual event unfold and people comming up to the organisors telling them what a wonderful time they had, just makes us wanna do it again (in a couple of months :p) I had a lot of fun, thank you all for that.

It was one of my primary goals to make up for the lack of interest the crafters got last time. Sadly, I dont think I did a very good job there. One merchants left when the vault keeper arrived. Appearantly they were not very good friends. Later in the evening though, he was conviced that money was more imortant than a minor squabble with the vault keeper and therefore came back :)

So, what can be done to improve the situation for crafters?

The big auction drew a little too many ppl compared to the low auction. That was a shame and also ment that a lot of ppl never found the kissing booth. <wonders if the big kiss will be as juicy as the ones they gave last night>

Great contest, but I do not doubt that the next will be even better!

It was great to get ppl spread out a bit more than last time though, it made it much more relaxing and added to the bazaar mood :)

People were all in all very well behaved and seemed to enjoy themselves :) :)

Hello all :)

we're a bit hung over, from the huge stress release and the wicked typing.

looking back on last night, we made QUITE a bit more money than last time! all gold hasnt yet been collected, but we are looking at close to a double!

People were Alot better behaved this time. Nobody deliberately trying to screw things up, and those who wanted to fence their own stuff were quite nice, and respected our wishes, that they waited till after the Bazaar.

All in all, things were a success. Even the low level Auction made a surprising ammount of money!

Only real problem i can think of, was the high tier merchant. That was rather a clash of bad luck :(

The bag people made a stunning success as well!
all but one bag was sold! (there are some very very very happy people out there today, i imagine. some of those bags were Amazingly cheap :D ) And they were all sold in mere 30 minutes!

The most amazing feeling i have after all this, is that the SINGLE most important factor that made this possible, was that people donated high quality items, for all levels. These people deserves all the credit they can get.

Albion! We salute you!

(NOTE: Thanks to Yussef for bidding 2.6 plat on those sleeves. All time high score :D )

PARP would like to thank the following people, for making it a success:

Ziera and Kyra: Overall Bosses. Dealing with all sorts of spontaneous situations, and any unresolved business. They really had the hardest time.

Aelith and Liste: For running the Auctions. LOTS of typing!

Asral, Colby and Kaitlyn: Bag salespersons. Great skill of haggling and persuation!

Osmosis: In charge of crafters.

Jupitus, Lunar, Galalissa and Choppy: The magic of an enchanting set of lips, never seize to amaze..

Shaeffer: Limericking was proven to be an artform, that night!

Cauton: Sorter-of-bags-and-loot-for-salvaging, and overall Handyman.

All the people volunteering to be sold as slaves, and all the people who donated stuff. this is where the money come from!

Last but not least, thanks to Kemor for his script-hacker skills! Although, the kissing booth wasnt Pink and Fluffy :p

But Grats to PARP for another huge success!

was great...

...fun but I have to admit that I was disapointed about the lowlevel auktion...

I wasnt there for long, but it looked like a few highlevels was there and bought most of the good items for an amount of money which the 'real' lowlevels couldnt follow up on ...

I was there with a mate, who started playing a few days ago ... he didnt stand a chance ...

e.g.:
items started at 10 gold. One offers 15 .. then someone says 50
then one said 55 ... 2nd guy offered 100 ... then 110 ... 2nd guy offered 150 again

every time he wasnt at top he raised the biddings to the closest 50ish... Not that I blaim him, but why call it a lowlevel-auktion then ? ... btw was the guy sitting in his Epic-armour
btw was the item a level 39 jewel or something ...

so we left again...

But im glad it was a success... Well done!
