You've obviously never seen a Wales game with Robbie Savage commentating, gunz.

Haha. Can't say I have.

I won't lie I enjoyed Ally McCoist commentating on the Scotland match (v. England I think?). I couldn't see him but I could feel his ups and downs together with him.

Thing is with the Spanish commentators they make me feel scared to leave my seat for even a second to go piss or get a drink from the kitchen. I'm sure they're forced to pop some drugs before the match because the hype is incredible. They'll be going nuts as though there's a goalscoring opportunity happening even though they've just kicked off.

Better than I expected but 1 goal for Germany and we are fucked.

It looked like his legs didn't want to do what he was telling them to do.

England are a reflection of their manager. Fucking boring.

I'm going to have to resort to drinking in the second half. I'm already regretting my decision to watch them rather than go into the field and pull up all of the dock plants.

Kane's had no service to be fair.

Some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to have a last minute Parish Council meeting at 6.30, half refused to turn up, so it's been pushed back to 7.30...so not drinking either way...well, 1.

Playing with 10 men. Cause kanes no where. Either play to him as a point or get someone who can turn the defenders

Surely kane will be so embarrassed if Sterling gets top scorer for england.

Sorry to piss on the bonfire, but it's quite funny seeing the socially distanced expensive seats and the none in the cheap seats :D

Kane needed that, hard.

Grealish involved in both goals, what a ball for Kane's goal...should start. Sterling was also immense, but he makes me shout so much when he runs into 5 players when there are easy options.

Great win but need to be more positive, it was boring for a lot of it.

England still yawn inducing.

And they need to pass to Kane more.

Sterling's been our best player for ages tbh.

England playing Italian football, will probably end up in the final now...against the Italians.

This is part of the problem with England fans imo.

Sterling tries to make something happen - should take the easy option.

Players take the easy option - we need to be more positive.

All I know is Raheem has scored 3 of our 4 goals.

No they don't, they need to work together more. Whenever they put it all on one players shoulders they always fall to deliver. Both goals came when that went out the window.

They didn't pass to him at all early on. When they started getting him involved they got better.

At the beginning of the game he was non-existent because the other players were doing everything but pass to him - so when they started to "work together" they got better.

So I agree with your assertion that when they put it all on one player's shoulders they always fail to deliver. Absolutely agree. But they weren't putting anything on his shoulders - or rather, to his feet.

Genuinely reads like the ramblings of someone who has never seen a game of football before
