Not the first time a fan of a PL team has topepd themselves in Africa after a loss. I remember a Kenyan Arsenal fan doing it a couple of years ago. Mental.

Have they bet big money on the game or something?

It's more likely he was thrown out of the window imo.

Either that or he was actually depressed about lots of stuff and this was the final straw so to speak. I think offing yourself because your team is having a bad run is a bit drastic. :\

ALTHOUGH, I do wonder how all these glory seekers around the world that latched onto the United bandwagon over their dominant period are handling this slump. Presumably some of them will "do an @Aada" (is he a gooner yet?) but it must come as a real shock to a large number who have only ever known SAF and success.

It just doesn't ring true - if football fans were offing themselves over bad results we would see it here in the UK (particularly after England games...).

I have checked with Mr Wenger and I now know that I believe Evertons goal should be disallowed for a dangerously high foot that could easily have taken out Koscielnys epic nose.

Will have to wait for tomorrow to check the highlights.

Don't worry Wenger is probably going to do the same.

I think it is only psychologically damaged people that would take such things that seriously. Maybe the better mental healthcare in EU is the reason we don't. Bizarre case regardless.

Watched the Everton game have really liked they way they played against us. Put pressure on us all over the pitch causing a lot of hurried bad passes and lost possession. They did not deserve to lose the game. They certainly look better under the new boss. Maybe Utd did get the wrong manager ;)

Arsenal defense looking pretty solid these days although the high line they play on free kicks is pretty worrying at times.

Wenger made a huge error for me in not swapping Arteta for Flamini. Half way through second half he could not keep up with the play and was far too easy to pass in midfield. People just breezed passed him. Great player but not as fit as he has been. Walcott on was a good move created a lot of problems down the right, should have come on earlier. Still a point is better than nothing and 5 pts clear after 16 games is incredible. Van Persie must be wondering...

I wonder how far this thing goes? I know there have been some seriously questionable cards given out in Europe and the Champions league, RVP vs Barca. Red carded for kicking the ball about 0.5 seconds after the whistle had gone, for example.

Man U v Shaktar tonight - a tough game and Man U have a few key players missing.

I hope for Moye's sake he puts out a strong team - another home loss would not go down well...

When asked their thoughts on Britain's No1 diver announcing that he is gay.....
Manchester United have pledged to fully support Ashley Young during this difficult time.

Like making Chelsea lose to Stoke at the weekend by saying how well you were playing early doors? :)

And frankly if you told me at that point that James pissing Milner would score the winning goal I would have had you committed.
