I think he's struggling to get the balance of attack and defence right.

I will suspend judgement of him until the end of the season. I don't expect us to do anything in the league this season but they need to improve or he will be under threat.

Alan Shearer pointed out that Soldado had 50 something goals from inside the penalty area last year, then showed he barely moved into the box during the game.

Yesterday Spurs just looked slack, no width, walking round the pitch, terrible passing and no goals.

Don't think there needs to be a balance, they just need to get the play style in order.

Ironically, a friend of mine went to a refereeing course up at Sunderland. He come back fuming at some of the things he 'learned'. Suffice to say, referees around the Premiership are seemingly taught to consider the entertainment factor when making decision. Make of that what you will.
