Both Liverpool and Shitty still have Crystal Palace to play who are punching well above their weight at the moment.
Maureen seems to be deflecting pressure away from Shitty by acting the cock and taking the headlines. Still Liverpool's to lose but I still think it will go to the end of the season.
I still think it's smart to finish out of the. Europa league and to get the qtr finals of the cl isn't bad..
I think moyes should be judged on next season not on this. But I think last year Man U punched way above their weight and this year they were about right.. Four or so signings in the summer, lellana and shaw maybe. We can challenge again next year. After twenty four or so years of fergi was never gonna be a miracle child this year.
If we can get shot of Lerner and his cronies and get a decent owner in this season will have been worth it. Very good to see the best footballing team in the division looking like winning the Premier League. It is very boring seeing those clubs with all the money and their sense of entitlement march to the title each season ... particularly when one of them (Chelsea) plays some of the dullest football in the league and has undoubtedly the biggest asshole of a manager in the league.
Feeling sorry for poor old Orient in League One. With their paper thin squad they were never going to last the pace, particularly up against a Wolves team still receiving parachute payments from the Premier League. Makes a mockery of the idea of competition to be honest.
I think there's a clause in his contract that he can get the boot at the end of the season if they don't get into Europe so I expect they would wait until that happens to cost them a lot less to get shot of him.
All the votes on The Guardian are for Klopp to replace him. Personally I'm not too sure about that; Van Gaal might may more sense as Klopp lacks experience outside the Bundesliga. He's been great for Dortmund, but I'm not sure he's what United needs right now; which is someone who can build a team fast and handle a big transfer budget. Plus it would annoy Daniel Levy no end, which is never a bad thing.
It's not going to happen before the end of the season. After yesterday's hapless showing though, I no longer care. Even if he got the players he needs, he honestly seems to be unable to cope with the step up. He's not playing the basic stuff he did at Everton, and he's not playing the direct attacking style United have enjoyed under Ferguson.
