You are right Chetan, Dortmund won the draw :)

Barca - City will hopefully be eyecandy though!

Season tickets have been reduced in price. Half a season now costs just about 60 quid.

I love my club!!

I really like Schurrle, no clue why Mourinho doesn't play him more.

Whaaaahahaha, as much as it pains me to say it, Sunderland have totally outplayed Chelsea for the last half of the game.

*last half of extra time.

It's ridiculous how much attacking talent we have and we just can't attack.

They were coming back toward the end of normal time tbh, maybe not as relentlessly as in ET but still.

I don't think there's much most teams could've done against Wes Brown again tonight, he was on top form.

I also suspect that if Jose is struggling to get his head round the issues (publically anyway, I suspect in private he knows exactly what the problem is), then any other manager short of Fergie would have no chance.

For once we can say the manager isn't really the problem, it's our woeful strikers. Torres is past it (although capable of the odd good game), Eto'o also, and Ba just falls down a lot. I doubt Lukaku is the answer either (great finisher, but the rest of his game and his attitude are lacking). Sad thing is, apart from a ridiculous bid for Falcao I can't see who we'd bring in.

Mata and cash for Cavani (Who is said to be unhappy)

I don't think there are many forwards that aren't cup tied that are worth getting excited about.

He isn't.

He knows your strikers are for shit and his first thought is to go more defensive - which is his natural inclination that he's used it to good success.

But it's not what Abramovich wants - because it's boring as shite watching a winning chelski side. So he's basically saying "I've got the solution - but I can't go there or I'll get sacked (again)"...

Which is pretty much what I said....

If the strikers are so bad, just don't play them. Either Mata, Hazard or Schurrle are all capable of playing a False 9 role and it would suit the players we have much better than carrying strikers who just aren't doing their job.

If he actually played that well more than 2-3 games per season, yeah.
