Sunderland you lucky bastards. O'Neill may not be as good as some of his mates in the press portray him but you'll be seeing a team that will graft for 90 minutes and some of the players will reach heights you didn't think possible.

He doesn't rotate much and can sometimes perplex with his choices but the sight of the little man kicking every ball on the touch line is so much better than watching McGinger watch on clueless as to why his team with strikers in midfield is getting overrun.

Because he's not managed Chelsea, United, Arsenal, Liverpool or even the new plastics favourite, Man City. Therefore he has to be shit.

He left Celtic in such a state that they went onto dominate the league for ten years. The situation at Villa is mostly down to Lerner. He isn't cash rich, he has a fund he can borrow from and loan notes from his old man's credit card company - the recession hit him hard.

Yes he made some bad signings and yes some players are paid over the odds, but the vast majority of managers do exactly the same things. It stands in sharper contrast at Villa though, mostly because the owner is happy for O'Neill to be the bad guy. As he sells off the best players and pays himself and his family huge bonuses. Hohum.

Seeing as how it was put together in like 12 hours I think it's pretty good, the voices were almost spot on, pretty hard to get voices spot on..

I'd say what he achieved at the foxes, with his budget and players was unbelieveable. Cup final twice one victory, they were comfortable in the premier league. Loads of success at Celtic, Turned Villa around from a club where the fans no longer thought about success into a club where they were looknig at breaking into the top 4, yes he spent cash but given a little bit more he could have broken into the top 4. Look at the money Lerner has reclaimed off the back of the signings he made. He gets the best out of every player at his disposal and he kicks every football with the players. More than a decent choice for Sunderland!
