Obertan will be a good signing for Newcastle, the lad does have talent, I just think he needs to move away in orer to get the opportunity to show it. He's fast as fook, got a great touch and an eye for a goal. If he can mature like Nani did, Newcastle will be getting a very tidy player for the years to come.

Defensive players will never get the credit they deserves The way he constantly helps fullbacks and sniffs out danger is amazing to watch, if you enjoy football for more than just showboating goalscorers (Which sadly it seems most people don't).

For example, 0-0 games can be awesome games showing off incredible defense, but people will say it was a crap game cause no goals were scored.

A goal scorer will get the plaudits for scoring a goal in a 1-0 victory, but a DM will not get plaudits for denying the opposition a couple of goals in the same match (generally, if the DM stands out as much as media likes him as much as the scorer he has generally played a 9/10 game or something )

Lucas does not seem to be the kind of person that cares tho, he does his job and does it excellent.

Real good players don't like warming a bench, I suspect that'll be one of the problems with Man C this coming season.

If he is not chasing it why did he field such a strong team? Surely if he didn't give a fuck he would not have put out many of the big names to start but instead put those on the bench....
