Jack should have been on form the start to make up for missing Cesc my mate who took my ticket today said The Shaver missed plenty of chances.

A five goal thriller involving West Brom and Albion, and it wasn't five goals conceded by Scott Carson -- very surprising! I hope the rest of the Premier League is ready for the titanic clash between Wolves and Villa tomorrow, undoubtedly the stand-out match of the weekend ;)

Indeed which wasn't planned but it wasn't to WBA either :kissit: Out of interest what was Arsenal's problem?

It because Roman LotsOMoneyVitch bribed the ref!

Seriously lack of Cesc cost us. Well that and the lack of any consistent cover Nasri can be god like but is not always and the Shaver is as on and off as they come.

Ahahaha, great results so far this weekend :)

Nice Soze, loosing to the Baggies at the Emrites, that has got to hurt.

The few people I know who went to the game said you were absolute gash today.

Oh I'm well aware of that risk, considering all the ribbing of chelski and arse fans I've done today :)

Bolton can be quite tough, but I think Berba and Scholes will see us through.

Not sure if even beating the mighty Villa, Pride of the West Midlands, would amount to a better victory than 3-2 away to Arsenal. And they were 3-0 up at one point

Yep and the two playing are both new and only have 4 or 5 games as a partnership. I hop Vermarlalan is back for your mob or big Drog will tear Koschelni to bits.

Tbh i think now both Chelsea AND United have shown they only look special vs teams they supposed to blow away. Soon as Chelsea met a home side that wasnt prepared to lay down and die and had a good ammount of skilled players themselfs, we lost. So far united have also met two teams who refused to give up even when things looked over, they drew both games. Is this a sign that otehr teams are improving or that chelsea/united slipping? or a combination of both.

Both slipping a bit, definately. Money is not being spent at previous levels and no brilliant youngster threatening for a nailed on first 11 spot. Both sides could do with freshening the squads up to be honest.

What the fuck is it with those people? They are everywhere now, even in bloody pubs. Local government should ban the fuckers.

Indeed, I don't think Chelsea played awful but I do reckon they had a couple of issues:

  1. No Kalou - This resulted on bring Dean on who imo just hasn't made the grade yet.
  2. No Lampard - Generally always does well for Chelsea.
  3. Drogba - I think he has perhaps moved away from scoring towards play making perhaps a little too much.
  4. Early Games - These games might of not done us any favours in terms of mindset.

I'm not sure this in the current context is a massive set back considering how others have played and it would seem that Man C are a bogey team for us at the moment.
