Well talking about stupid french guys..

i once asked Rightnow this, and as you see, got a reply in french, k..

tried to reopen my account and for some reason i got the account activation failure and waited 20 mins for the email so i could try again.

I clicked on the link at the bottom and accessed
the page with the invoice information(all the lines were left blank tho)
- I tried to click on "access payment site" so i could try again, but i
instantly got:" We are sorry, your transaction has been refused. In about 20 minutes you will receive a mail that will enable you to once again access the secure payment site to finalise your order" - I got no email after the 20 mins tho and is wondering what to do?
