My dad once said "roflcopter" in a conversation we had on the phone ... I dropped the phone and was so stunned I was unable to pick it up for atleast 30 seconds...

Then to make it worse he actually sent me the animated gif of the roflcopter later on msn ... kinda to "proof" that he was "down" with this internet lingo.

It scared me and it still haunts me in my nightmares.

My mother never really got that much into internet, she knows how to use computers and play solitare and then she playes a few free web games that my father found for her...

My father on the other hand, is a geek, I can come home for the weekend and he can say "Plug your computer to the LAN, I got this new strategy game! Lets play!"

he buys alot of the popular games, and some he sees in the stores and that looks like he is/i'm gonna like it, lol he even said DAoC was a cool game and bought it for me , i would've liked the game alot more if my dad played it with me tho
