Yes, the snappy feedback from GOA is appreciated.

Shame about the rollback but it has made me chuckle a bit.

Been trying to do Ancestral Secrets with Roo. Finally got one of the items today. Feds will know how much this dratted quest has been annoying me.

Guess I'm doing it yet again.

Went back as Jink and got the nice necky first time. Guess I'm doing that again another time as well

Correct me if I am wrong but... server will rollback to 6am this morning, 8:15am the servers went down, meaning you lose all things between 6am and 8:15am this morning.
How in the hell can you craft 8 hours or do a 4 hour epic in 2:15 hours?

Im left wondering what could cause a rollback when a hardware upgrade is concerned , going back to the old hardware?

I wasnt too impressed with GOA's professionalism but this really is the limit....

Some of us live in this place called; Europe

Where it is 6pm now.

Servers went down (in once again,our time) @ 5pm, 6am > 5pm = 11 hours.

I lose that many hours because i was crafting from 6am to 8:15 and from when the servers came back up, lunchtime ish, all the way through to now.

had a lot of orders that folks wanted today. Rollback to 6am loses the lot. That's how.

WRONG , xp for 5 hours solid from 12 gmt , and went from 48,7 to 49,7 , group was gonna do SI quests tomorrow to ding 50 , but I guesse we wont now

I'm feeling a bit more mellow now that I've just crafted myself silly all evening and managed to recoup the time that went down river. Still...not nice...and a free extra day on the subscription - assuming that's what is eventually suggested - wouldn't come close to recompensing. Ho hum. These things happen though and it's not necessarily indicative of GOA being incompetent. Hardware and software falls over, patches present complications...that's just the nature of the beast.
