Thank u for taking our remaining relics, now we dont have to worry about relics, neither spend money on doors..

Feel also free to take our keeps it wont make much difference.

Big thanks to albs too for helping mids on this effort.

Special thanks to the designers of the game for making pennine mountains.

Yes, thank you Solarflare for your constant support in the Alb frontier.

We enjoy your company and firepower, which is so effective in fighting back the Mid/Hib invasions. I look forward to taking back keeps with you again, as we have done so often over the past week.

Erm.. its actually us that have to cross the blasted zone to get to Excalibur. Then again to get the relics out. You only have the trip from Sauvage gates to Excalibur. The reason you can't semi-permanently guard Hadrians for early warning as we do in Odins has nothing to do with Pennines.

I do as I please, but I do not generalise the whole of Albion and blame them for things I don't do myself.

Albs loose a relic or two and the internal whining and finger-pointing begin....

The flames that will come on peeveepee is nothing, compared to a bunch of bickering Albs

Its only 2 strenght relics, not that anyone need them anyway :)
Now I can give my money to crafters which is way more usefull then spending 2 a 3 plat on 1 door, too bad I always miss the raids though, love those relic raids.

What's wrong with pennine? If you have spent more than 2 mins there it's not hard to find a way to Hadrian's with no aggros. In fact, the closest route contains just one aggro spawn, but they're very spread out and no problem to avoid. It is very possible to run unstealthed solo all the way from Hadrian's to sauvage, and we mids have patrols to worry about too.

So instead of blaiming the devs, how about you get to know your own frontier?

Must admit, Im with Jehannum on this one <sorry about df the other day by the way, couldnt be arsed to tell my group you were there, so just /y like hell and hope they noticed hehe>

Pennine Mountains are a piece o'cake. I'm notorious in the templars for my navigation skills <or lack thereof> but even I know how to get from keep to keep or from sauvage to hadrians without finding aggro.

As far as I can recall, if I want to go from excal to hadrians, there are only two dangerspots I have to be aware of. Before you say it, yes - I am an infiltrator, but I _very_ rarely stealth my way there. The only two spots I can recall being careful around, are the angry bwcwa's in between sauv/pen border and berks...and then that little camp of pussy cats as you crest the hill leading into hadrians. With that one, just keep to the right of the hill, and its clear <shrugs>

Just as a general question to Albs, why dont we seem to patrol hadrians milegates as much as mids/hibs do in emain/odins? not flamin' or blamin', just curious.

Because most Albs are modern kids with the attention-spans of gnats. If they don't get stimulus every 3 seconds, they (a) whine (b) go to Emain and (c) log off. Guarding the milegates requires people who are willing to take the risk that not much will happen in order to do a valuable job for their realm. There actually ARE individuals who are willing to do this, but they're few and far between, and rarely come in sufficient numbers to be able to do anything other than count the numbers of enemy tramping over their corpse. Which in itself can get a little tedious.

I was logged in DF, logged in when alb had it. When my char appeared and I had control over him, 4 albs were hitting me and I was stunned by a cleric. I purge, IP and manage to sprint away. But I have a bleed on me so I can't stealth. I run in a straight line, don't really know where I am because I just logged in. I run for about 30s when the bleed finally is gone, past like 20 albs who don't react really, including a full group exping. When I finally can stealth again I think I'm out of danger, I walk back beside the exping group and beside the shredders to go keeeeel some exping albs again. But a blue con infil with see hidden (you I think?) spots me, uncovers me and I get a couple of shredders aggroed on me and die a horrible xp-death (the third that evening, died two when trying to get there). It was indeed great fun, got a bit pissed at the xp-death though because I'm running really low on money :(. But when I think back on it now I can't help but smiling, was hilarious ;)

the pennines aren't that bad, one time when I was a young level 25 I wanted to go see if I could kill exping albs/hibs, knowing that yggdra is very popular for mids I thought it would be the same in the alb/hib frontier. I mananged to make my way solo all the way to sauvage gates without stealthing, without any map or direction and I had patrols to worry about.

I don't know if you've noticed but some mids/hibs go to your frontier and take keeps for RvR, I'll pretty sure if a few level 50's camped mmg/hmg in hadrians at prime time they would meet some opposition, and when you kill/get killed you can go back expecting the mids/hibs to do the same then you will have your own Odins/emain and can get an early warning for relic raids. All you've gotta do is be prepared to not kill much for the first few days, once word gets out that albs are in hadrians I for one will be heading there, getting kinda bored of emain and odins.
