not 100% sure on this but i think a good load of patches ago all the vests got changed so they dropped off Forn/Hurika (or torst can't remember which) and 1 other mob not sure if it still drops off king or queen :/ not killed them since SI ;/ don't think allakhazam is upto date tho

think it drops of jailor and queen - the only person who i know who had one is Kevaroo and well he plays hib or something and i duno if he would trade it tbh
