IP6 is native in Win7. The only thing that needs to know about Teredo is the Teredo server itself. The client machine just talks to the teredo server in whichever flavour of IP it is using on the network.
I guess you need to be careful which 'side' of the Teredo server you are communicating to, IP6 or IP4.
