So i've been playing for a few days, i'm a brawler and comming up to Teras Kasi Fundamentals, i do kinda wanna be a TKA... they sound pretty hard to me. Im just wondering if anyone has any comments on them, and weather i should go for one.

Also, i've trained the marksman proffesion, atm im just training up carbines, simply because its dam handy to have a bit of range. Im wondering, is it possible to become a full blown TK master or whatever, with some weapon skills? such as carbines or something, mainly for pvp.. as i cant see close combat working all the time in pvp, considering 90% of people use guns.

and only place where i have seen close combat working is inside small areas in pvp , houses, city alleys , and so on.

Well as long as you choose a ranged profession that does the same dmg as your fist I think you will be good in PvP, I think you could master 2 elite professions.

hmm, dunno.. i've been using basically only brawling, been pretty succesful so far, specially since i got my vibro knuckler, easily out damage any shooter i've seen so far (of roughly my lvl), already doing between 170 and 250 damage every 2.2 seconds, really takes stuff out quickly. obviously that aint anything compared to higher lvl shooters, but at my lvl its quite decent.

i dont really wanna be a BH or commando.. commandos seem a bit.... rubbish, as they only use big ol' weapons, and bounty hunters are.. again a bit gay, not sure why, i just like the idea of decking someone up close.

saw a guy yesterday who was a TK warrior (spose thats fairly high) and a commando.. meaning i guess he owns quite heavily in pvp..

Yes thats what im planing on being, well im gonna drop the TKA offensive skills and go abit more pistoleer instead.

I have a TKA/Commando, and I can shoot crap out of stuff from a distance then switch to unarmed when they get close

think im basically gonnna go for TKA and rifleman. should be quite good, snipe stuff from a distance then if/when it gets close brawl it.
