I thought it was a smart move to make a temp for my NS with this wonderful(on paper) vest...but I have a problem with the proc...I've seen it proc 2-3 times in about 30-35k rps(solo mind u!
) I'm just wondering if I'm the only one being this unlucky? Cause if thats the going proc-rate I'm sure gonna get GSV or summit instead of this POS!
So you delusions ppl..lemme know how yours do proc-wise
