The last couple of days, I have had a slow internet connection. My line is a 25/5 Mbit, but now it is usually not over 3/0.4! My first clue was that this had to be a ISP problem, and called them to check if there was some package losses of some sort.(They couldnt see anything, but I still got my card on them),

After getting it resolved, I am now wondering if there might be some worm activity on one of my computers(I got 4 of them). And before I start scanning them all for problems I'd like to see if my internet line is actually beeing used.(I don't want to waste time cleaning 4 computers, when I don't think that this is the issue).

So my real question is:

Is there some sort of program I can download, to get a full overview of my local activity through the net?

you could run a snifferish program like wireshark on a known good PC. this will show you all local activity.
