Short answer: No one actually seems to know for sure exactly what the music it, its normally just referred to as "technoviking song 1".

Long answer: The music comes from the "fuck parade" in berlin, the name comes from the phrase "fuck the love parade", due to the fact that the love parade was a raver festival that had been over-commercialised and so they made this "fuck parade" as a demonstration against it.

The nearest I ever got to finding the original song was this:

As far as I can tell the original song was just a mix by some raver at the fuckparade and is probably sitting in a CD rack somewhere - the whole point was anti-commercialisation so they probably dont want it to get out into the mainstream media because it would just be cashed in on like most other internet meme's

In case you want to know my fearsome google skills:

1. Look up Techno Viking on English Wikipedia, it redirects you to Fuckparade, there you learn that the man was filmed in 2000 in Berlin at the Fuckparade.

2. Look up Techno Viking + Berlin + Fuckparade with Google, the 5th hit links to Arte which is a French-German TV channel with information about the author of the film and the music.

Takes you as long as to type that thread of yours but you have to realize before that a (techno) DJ usually mixes on stage instead of playing plain songs.
