the first one is shit really. its not tech support problem that the dude cannot download the file. its the dudes problem for not getting to a library/mates/cyber cafe or something :p thats our policy anyway - if cust needs updated drivers its not our prob. they need to find it them selves.

i get so many stupid custs its unfunny. one dude would not accept its against the law to give out info if he doesnt pass DPA. but know, he wanted me to break the law for him and tell him un and pw. went something like -

"well my name is on the CC part of the account"
" yes SOMEONES name is on the account but how do i know its yours, your the not the account holder. you do not pass DPA laws set by the government therfore i cannot give info"
"put me onto a supervisor NOW"
"no, you failed DPA its the against the law to give you info"

repeat it 20 minutes. the dude is making a complaint against me, because i wouldnt break the law... :eek7:
there should be a site with stupid customers, infact i may make that my self ;)

Customer: "NO! I don't want to format a disk. I'm a programmer. I'm trying to find some documentation on--"
Tech Support: "We have documentation."


and

Customer: "No, I-- Is there someone else there I can talk to?"
Tech Support: "No. No one here but me."



I bet it's a Seel on the line :p

holy shit. today some guy told me im a fucking idiot and i should go fuck my self :D

we only support 3 modems and this dude has one we dont support so only advice we can offer is to reinstall. after 5 minutes of explaining our policy on unsupported goods and the best way he can deal with it, he made a sound like he didnt hear any of it. "what ever gimme a manager". aftere 5 mins of that and there is none available etc i said i will have to terminate the call if you dont accept my advice, but oh no i didnt give advice. after 10 more mins explaining why its limited advice and what he should do he said what ever manager. so after 5 mins of none available, even then they cant help. he says gimme someone who can, i say no one can we dont support it (repeat 5 mins of why), he saiud i dont care fix it now. no i cant we dont support (5 mins again) so i said i will have to terminate the call if you dojt accept advice, i still havent given any!! 5 more mins he said ok you fucking idiot why dont you go fuck your self.

not like he waited in que. it was 3 seconds from him pressing option 3 to me answering it.

HAHA :D
