I normally use ventrilo and this seems to work fine. However when I use TS nobody can hear me very well as I am too quiet.

Anyone know of why this might be? Are there any settings I can change?

I have also checked the TS website but no help from them so far.

Volume Control
'Advanced' (under 'Volume Control')
Tick 'Loudness'
Close, try speaking in TS again.

Interesting, the advanced option is greyed out. Any idea why this could be? Do I need to install certain windows components?

Hmm, that's bizarre.. I'm using XP (SP2) and I've never had a problem getting it, that's rather odd.

Ok after further checking

The advanced option is greyed out if you are adjusting the speaker volume but if you change to microphone volume then I could click advanced. That seemed to improve my volume alot so thanks.
