Actually, on the subject of demos, there aren't many are there... (2 to be precise)
Is there a process by which users can upload demos of their games? Would anyone be interested in watching them?
Personally I don't think admin demos are much cop (gg thx crt + comp mode) unless the admin goes to the effort of joining teams. Player pov demos however can be quite entertaining.

TBH having demos of each game is a great idea to me. Imo it would be hard to make people upload demos by themselves, but maybe the admin could take 5 minutes between each admining to collect demos, and then upload them to a specific FTP where people could d/l them.
It would be ok because ppl couldn't upload any crappy thing, and this would not make a lot of work for admins.
The conditions could be one demo per team, each demo zipped or rared and the zip or rar having a name like BWRA3L_AAvsBB_mapX_povGuy.zip (or .rar), otherwise the admin would refuse DCC.
It is only a suggestion, because it supposes admins to take an additional 5 minutes per game, it supposes also to have an ftp rightly configured for that.
But it could be doable couldn't it ?

With some games going on over an hour (hour and a half being the longest one Ive done so far) other games get put behind schedule so its necessary for the admins to start the next game straight away, also wouldn't take many hour+ demos and I'd start running low on hard drive space!!

Not the admins - they got enuff to do already without asking them to colate demos.
No - all that needs to happen is that users upload demos (to something like the barrysworld incoming dir) and then someone (a BW Pro perhaps?) moves them across. For this to work, they need the kinda of standard name for the zip that akiki describes...
