That was a great mini skirmish and it felt good to be one of very few still standing at the end of it, them inc few mids may have turned the tide, but omg that felt good after Shanara|Giona|Artemis twatted me ay amg Odins soon afetr I logged in and was alone, and then when Coren and Teador twatted me and Styx at amg Odins a little after.

we got our revenge in the end.

I know i cant do diddly squat vs 2 of ya, but catch me alone and i will spank ya, if ya dont mez and run that is.

I got no fear at challenging a minstrel 1v1 even tho you got the Str relics (guess cos I aint had a bad solo experience vs a Minstrel yet )

There were 2 of you aswell (a bit mezzed maybe, but who cares about details? ) and I'm looking forward to add you to my list of 'lvl 50 thanes I solo'ed after we got the strength relics'.

Just don't expect a real 1 on 1 duel and all since I can only do it by jumping and mezzing you from stealth and all. But like I said: who cares about details.

We got wiped before, but we came back and the big middie group was split up so we killed most. But most of them came back and wiped us afterwards

and also assuming you have capped your crush resust?

Bugger you may actually spank me in that case, I cant manage to even get enuff thrust resist to offset the -15% from my chain mail, Middie tanks are at a huge disadvantage cos our most vulnerable stat (Thrust) cant be taken to positives till DF as there aint enuff items to give +thrust reists

BTW what kind of damage do Minstrel DD's do? same as Skald DD's?

Nah, pure slasher here. Crush resist isn't capped, but pretty decent at around 18%. Could increase this by wearing a coif, but those things just look too silly.

And minstrel DD's do body damage, just like skalds.

I have never failed to kill a solo slasher yet, so dont think a Minstrel has a chance if an Armsman/paladin cant do it.

But hey, who knows, not been in many small skirmishes since you lot took the STr relics, tho I am quietly confident

I aint an advocate of pre arranged duels Chavez, partly the reason a slasher or minstrel has never killed me 1v1 is I dont usually encounter 1v1 situations.

But those yellow cons I have been in 1vs1 and died to are usually Thrusters, either Polearmsman or Spearos that go Bullwinkle on me

I reckon a Thrust Merc (can u get a dual wield Thrusting merc?) would own any equal level chain wearing mid tank 1vs1 end of story, same for the above 2 class variations.

(Dont even get me started on Clerics, I hate em so bad )

I-really-dont-care if person xxx has xxx rps it means nothing to me, other than the fact that person rvr's a helluva lot more than me.

Duels can be geat fun if ppl got off that hipocritical moral highground about them. Camping the AMG/MMG is just as much rp farming in its own way (if not more).

I aint trash talking no slashers here, just said I aint been in many 1v1 but the few i have died in have not been slashers, its a fact from my RvR experiences.

Hell why not, I am happy to do a duel, may make this game a bit interesting for me, I was getting bored yesterday, coupla duels woulda spiced things up, we fight to the death I hope

I just dont see how a prearranged duel can work, as me being a Hybrid would wanna front load a lot of my damage, meaning chain off a Castable DD, followed by my Insta as closed you down and then chain a few styles using hammer all the while letting off Instas as the timers reset, its the armsmans best interest to avoid being cast upon by ranged spells, so how do you start a pre-arranged duel?

Like I said I aint done this duelling thing before, so dot attack me, answer some of my sincere questions please Chav.
