As soon as you go through the door put down a super bomb to clear the blocks, then ready your freeze missile, freeze SA-x then leg it, next screen I think you need to shoot diagonally to open the barriers, keep legging it, then next screen super bomb and up onto the roof where it should miss you and wander off.
