Staff says it levels from ' primitive ' races from each realm.. Which are races are they ?

Norseman, Briton, Celt. Those 3 are the "baseline" race's of each realm so i guess its those youre after

More likely those Neanderthal looking types in Aegir I'd guess

Primitive races are Trolls, Valkyn, Highlanders, Half-Ogres, Firbolgs, Shar I think, though next patch the race requirement is removed and it earns xp from all RvR
