Need an easy way to get the logs you require, at a fixed price?

Then you should try out Tarawen's Lumber Shop! :touch:

Seeing how it can take ages to sell perfectly good lumber ( due to 7 AH slots ), I'm opening a lumber shop for those who need a fresh supply of logs for whatever reasons. ( Making arrows and other woodworking stuff comes to mind. )

Prices are fixed, but returning customers may get a discount depending on what I thought of the previous order

Current price list ( based on the normal prices at San d'Orian AH, when not overcrowded of any particular piece ):

( * = only when in stock, for non-discount customers )
( N/A = No orders for this type accepted for the time being, usually before I know that I can attain it. )
( prices within paranthesis are discount prices )

Ash: 200 gil ( 150 )
Arrowwood: 150 gil ( 100 )
Chestnut: 2,000 gil * N/A
Ebony: 4,000 gil * N/A
Elm: 2,500 gil * ( 2,200 )
Holly: 400 gil ( 300 )
Lauan: 200 gil * ( 150 )
Mahogany: 5,000 gil N/A
Maple: 300 gil ( 200 )
Oak: 4,000 gil *
Petrified: 11,000 gil * N/A
Rosewood: 3,000 gil N/A
Walnut: 2,000 gil *
Willow: 300 gil ( 200 )
Yew: 500 gil ( 400 )

Prices may drop when/if I find good spots to get a certain type of wood. Further discounts may be granted if things work out well. The price list is subject to change without prior notice.

How do you order then?

Send me a PM on these boards, wait for a reply containing a confirmed order.
I will then send another PM when the order is in stock, and a place & time for pickup is decided.

Should you want it delivered to your home, payment will have to be made in advance, after confirming that the order is in stock ( usually 0-48 hours after confirmed order, depending on where I am atm and the rareness of logs in the order ). Pickup for this is required to be within 24 hours or I'll contact you again.

Comments and suggestions are welcome ofc.

Guess not many FFXI'ers read these pages, and even less of those are Rangers etc.

The prices are below AH prices, and I can give steady supplies - so it must be that there's nobody that's using logs reading these boards :/

Ohh and while we're on the subject of wood, I have about nine stacks of chocobo fletchings taking up space in my vault, since I started clothcrafting the other day.

NPC gives 1gil for them, and they seem to go for about 500gil in Windy, so I'll sell them to anyone who wants for 200gil a stack, nice n cheapy don't you think
