Ure talking fotm groups (emain) and that crap.
Not often we saw CC used at all in Mid zergs.. healers just dont have the castingspeed nor range needed to mez/stun large zergs and insta just mez/stun the first line..
I meant splitting up zergs and attacking weak spots at right moment. The more ppl u got to release, the less enemies u had in your frontier and defending whatever keeps they controlled.. So got kinda a balance between camping milegate, roaming and attacking keep when enemy numbers got low.
When u kill ppl now they just port back to whatever keep they have taken in the frontier, so doing retakes now is all about having -alot- more ppl then your opponent, which is close to impossible against Albs.

Server population is the problem and until Mythic finds a way to deal with the albs zerklings the game is proberly gonna take a big dive when WoW hits.

Primetime, and all Hibs did was attack Beno with 45+ (got killed) and attacked Glen with 45+ (also got ganked).
So Hibs hardly helped Mids tonight, they did not even help themselves...

Hib can't just summon a 200 people zerg unlike alb you know. We're lucky to get 50 to keep take/defence these days.

lets see, about 400 mids online, and about 120 defending our frontier.

How many did your zerg include, and 900ish online primetime ?

580 albs were on all over realm when relic doors were opened...

190 albs on relic CG... so maybe and count 50 outside CG 240 albs hitted relic... you do alarm clock raids with those numbers... so whats the point ? the 400 mids were farming artis or scrolls and cba to defend ? too greedy making money on their CM's?
Mids made mistakes... charging albs over the milegate was a fool's idea... albs had to charge there if they wanted the relics... not mids.. you only had to hold position there and wait for the roleplayers to hit the frontiers and help... i had time to get there with scout on scout speed before the alb zerg porting to nott after relic doors were open.,.. couldnt you defend it with 400 ppl on ?

Admit it guys... you lost not due to numbers but due to a big mistake holding position on the milegate that was the key issue imo

I think it is ok that albs get the relic's, all of the str and all of the power relics, maby i can get some resistance when i pwn albs with my overpowered unbuffed bonedancer Maligor, ohh and maby we can start sharing Darkness fall, i love to kill them noob's in DF (Smoran and CO).
With that said, and albs outnumbering mids almost 3 - 1 24/7 the last week in midgard Frontier (Battleground), i hope the rediciolus zerks will have come to a end.

Mids charged a supperior alb force instead of playing smart and dig in.
Mids did nothing to prevent alb supply lines with a few good gg's which do
excist. No attack to prevent porting in, no intercept at dropoffs.

Its a fucking narrow mg door, it aint a keep and i do think you can defend such a place 1 to 10 actually.

On the early morning RR which i arranged we had no more than 130 mids

that we had no more than 120 ppl at primetime helping to retake the keeps in the bg

so mids can get more ppl at 8am then during primetime? xDDDD

Use /who to check player numbers. Add about 20% /anon to the number u get. Check up against the total online pop. Mid had 400 (lets be kind and say +100 /anon, so 500), Hibs prolly alot less and server pop was 1600.. ouch

Pre NF we had more ppl primetime ofc, but now ppl are leaving or have already left the game/server (or have lost completely intrest in RvR), meaning we have trouble massing up a decent zerg. Albs cant mass up a stupid-numbers zerg at that time, so maybe poss to do retakes.. was wrong though.

Apart from the realm number balance issue, NF is vastly superior to the old frontiers in every way.

Mythic just need to find a way to cap active realm populations on each server, without having to resort to server crashes.

Aussie i know you have been playing this game a long time so , When did i arrange the early morning relic raid , work out in your head between then and now , And figure out if ppl have left the game due to the fact we get only 400 on primetime now days.

Well I wasn't online this evening to participate in defending, but I'll say grats Albs anyway. It was only a matter of time before you got them and I don't think many mids were under the illusion that we would be able to hold you off forever, especially after the last 48 hours (you even managed to grab a tower with 200+ at 2am this morning )

At least the action is out of the mid frontier now, and you can see what its like having to defend 24/7 - just like the hibs did till they lost a relic and like we mids have done since.

Its no secret to anyone that you are a bit behind, but I thought even you knew that 1 year ago, the average serverpop was higher than it is today, and that i should be taken into consideration. Another factor that plays in is that an AC raid is usually something you plan, while you dont exactly plan a realmdefense beforehand.

Having said that, when will we see your uberskills in a fg again? Was a while ago, I have only seen you farming in keeps, and whining here that mids suck at fg vs fg.

Ohh and well done on getting our last relic albs, well fought.
