I've been trying to find any official page that can tell me if this is allowed or not, a lot of pages say it's pretty relaxed as EU-EU borders aren't that bothered.

Going on the Eurostar, can you take bread, meat, dairy products, etc?

Prohibited

• Meat and milk and any items thereof from non-EU countries with the exception of limited amounts from Andorra, Croatia, the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and small amounts of specific products from other countries
• Protected species and products thereof as listed by the CITES (Washington Convention) for example ivory, tortoise shell, coral, reptile skin, wood from Amazonian forests.

You should be fine taking whatever to be honest. They're pretty slack with the security bit on the Eurostar in my experience.

The idea is, saving on money bringing in cheap alpoor stuff and doing more fun stuff with the pennies saved. I can throw ten times more pennies in the wishing wells by doing this, thus greater fun will be had.

Marmite is banned in DK, or it used to be, I think it still might be - due to B vitamin additives i believe
