Worst take away I ever had was a curry from some Chinese that looked so yellow and gastly it reminded me very much of vomit, for this reason I was unable to eat it :puke:

I had a frozen wrap from KFC. It was the drive through so I didn't know until I got home. Nuked it. Lettuce tastes strange hot. But better than salmonella from raw chicken :(

Aye hoggs, my road intersects with walm lane, I pass shish every morning. Amazingly enough, I've never been in there. My dad rants about it loads, I always assumed it was dead trendy, but bland food. I'll have to pop in some time. The kebabs from the previous owners (D&G's) were fucking fantastic though. Also, it was the only place to get really decent taramasalata anywhere round here.

Willesden is getting really up market now too. Have you seen the new(ish) club/bar thing called The Green, just opposite shish? Always a buzzing atmosphere in there. Kinda helps you forget some poor sap got shot a few doors down, a few years ago.

As for best takeout stuff, well there's a restaurant/takeout 10 mins away from me that does the best chinese I've ever had (Called Green Cottage, on finchley road, you know it hoggs?). EVERY chinese I get is from there now, it's fucking spectacular. And I've had some decent chinese in my time. Only place that comes close was a plush chinese restaurant in new york, with was rather spiffy.

Dolce & Gabana do kebabs?

I've never had a proper kebab, only the ones with curries. They're nice though.

I think I know what you're talking about. You should try green cottage though, it'll knock yer socks off.

Turn right out of swiss cottage tube, head down finchley road, past the sevenoaks, a few doors down from the kwik fix. Little dodgy looking place, next door to a much nicer looking place (don't be fooled, green cottage == win). Anyway, give it a go, it's fab.
