Tags can be created easily if you follow the correct procedure.

1.) Wait until you need a poo.
2.) Keep waiting.
3.) Keep waiting.
4.) KEEP WAITING.
5.) Allow tortoise-head to break into buttockal cavity.
6.) Wait some more until sticky to touch.
7.) Wipe excess tortoise away leaving fresh tags to be plucked from the hair.
8.) Enjoy !
