Tab/New Window issue IE8

IE8 Beta 2 Problem: New Tab/Window not opening - Ale
I had the same problem, the following procedure resolved all issues for me...

* open a new "Command Prompt" window by clicking on Start, then typing Command into the Search box. When you see the Command Prompt appear, right-click and selecting "Run as administrator";
* at the prompt, run the command "regsvr32 actxprxy.dll".

Apparently this particular DLL does not get registered correctly for some
users. I have no idea why. Microsoft probably needs to research the various
software conflicts with the install, and correct this.

This is supposed to fix the issue where new windows/tabs do not connect and also speed things up.

I think I probably am running that. I noticed windows had IE8 on download (pending installation). I just installed that so I can onlu assume it's the full version?
