System restore.

Im running XP Pro. Does anybody know where it puts your backed-up files when you restore to an earlier date?

I wanna delete them.

try disabling the entire thing. it deletes all backed up files when you reboot

you can use disc cleanup to delete them, yet keep it enabled. IIRC
