lol the supersizers go restoration was pretty rough, tbh im amazed anyone survived that time frame eating what they did!

and they say our diet is bad??

It's pretty funny, those 2 do a good job. War time one was v funny, missed this, but hopefully will be on 4Later. They end up healthier or not this week?
