Both full of gadgets, but I guess setting would count, urban..batboi would have the edge, forget about forest jungle batboi, your dead !

In which case if he is a superhero than its only by virtue of his gadgets. Spiderman is a superhero. The Predator is probably not a supervillain as its an alien and not human. But then again Superman was an alien- just in human form...

Yeah but Predator is a predator, batman wouldnt know he was coming so couldnt form a plan. Plus predators womens could blatently penetrate batmans armour which would leave him protected as a snail.
