Used to be in the newspapermakingindustry thingy.

Printers?

You know, you go in this f*ck all big hall and *shump!* put another pack of paper in *shump!* 4 hours later *shump!* and this machine spews out the latest issue of Jugs or some sh*t and you twist a corner of a paperpack to make the machine jam, not like jam on rbead, but go near broke and then you have a cigaret break while the guy fixes it and...

Well anyway, the place magazines and sh*t come out of. EAsy, fun with radioheadsets etc and pays rather nicely.

Here in Preston, there's shitloads of call centre's. Space Designs/Kitchens which pay £5.50 an hour its shift work consisting of 3hours per shift, can do like 9 hours a day.

Carphone Warehouse, don't know to much about that but it's a call centre.

I bet you don't live in Preston though, but it's an idea. Check some shitty-work call centres. Or the TV Licensing place which pay good money and i'm pretty sure theres lots dotted about the country.

Or maccy d's. Personally i wouldn't like to work there, although the food is shithot, the dogs bollox, the shizzle etc.

Just noticed your from Sweden :( Well, i tried!

Do like every one else, look in the papers/ask around(friends and family)if they know anything.
Take a trip around to the different kind of big companies around. Normally they need people that time of the year.

You need to do a bit of work, to get a work ;-). You might even be able to find something in a law firm of some sort, perhaps just making them coffee but it might be an interessting place since that is what you aiming to spend your life on.

Best of luck

You could do what a friend of mine from Groningen does.

Every summer he comes to York (although any touristy place would do) and works at a youth hostel for free accomodation and also in pubs for the whole summer (absolutely loads of them in York)

There's nothing better than a working holiday..............especially for a pisshead like him. ;)

Callcenters are always looking for people and it's an ok pay depending in what company you start. It's shit ass job, but's that's like any student job.

Other student jobs that are maybe a bit more "fun" is beeing a promo boy at local festivals or events.

Ever considered working on regular basis instead of summerjobs only? Personally that's what I'm doing and I think working 2-3 times a week at night is much more relaxing than looking for a summerjob every year and working for weeks.

Supermarkets most often need people who work either in the market or in the storage (that's what I do). It's not an easy job, but once you get used to physical work it's ok =)

If you want to go into law, apply for law firm vacation schemes. Here in the UK they're very well run, give awesome experience and usually pay enough to cover accommodation/food costs too.
Failing that, any job you can tolerate doing!

Well I work in the storage from 19:00 to around 22:00, depending on the day and the other people it's 21:30 or 23:00, but the payment is good.

It's in Germany though, so no idea what it's like in England =)

Yeah that seems like the best solution, I have gotten my CV and personal letter in order. So time to go knock on some office doors and see what happens :)

Tnx for all the advice :worthy:

Hope I dont have to be a lab monkey that works nightshifts stacking newspapers :(
