Summer shoes

Ok, so summer is almost here and as usual, I'll end up wearing trainers down the pub even as the temperature hits 33 C (about 90 F).

If we get a heat wave, I wanna feel cool and look cool.

So what can a man put on his dogs ?

Loafers ?
Trainers ?
Sandals ?
Are flip flops on men gay ?

or is it all about how you wear them rather than what you wear ??

flip flops, but if you go into places like topman and get coverses (not the ankle high ones)... like canvas shoes.. they are pretty cool since they aren't thick leather etc.


flip flops are considered in fashion atm i think, personally i hate them :/ but a shirt, shorts n sandals etc is ok.

mens summer footwear options r severly limited imo. specially if u want sandals an dont want the old man jesus sandals plus socks look. best bet is to scour the sports shops, they r the only place to get anything vaguely decent for the younger bloke.u poor men folks

lol its the funny indented bit that divides the shoe at the front that gets me.
makes it look like its designed for someone with just 2 really big toes.

rankly it depends on you:

Mey wears vans because they suit him, and vans with no laces give a nice breeze.
Others wear flipflops because they are easy to slip on and off, not so nice if you have no manicure though.
Those Nike abominations...wont even go there sister!
I pick loafers with ancle socks or cotton style shoes that are thin, such as converse or a thin deck shoe.

Flip flop type: one with string between toe, the straps are foul as is the bridge design.
