It's just too bad that most of the good programs on TV seem to be confined to the winter period of the year. But I guess it's gems like this one that seem to keep the continuity of what is good television. Especially given the recent Graham Norton fiasco of that Saturday program that I've fortunately not been able to view.

It's just a pity that this type (see below) of program is not more prevalent all year round.

BBC iPlayer - Being Neil Armstrong

(if you can't view it then try Utube or something)

Lots of people take holidays and such now/end of summer. So I guess with less people watching TV it pays to hold them back a bit and hit the Autumn/Winter market.

Did see that, about Neil Armstrong, good docu.

Was an ok documentary. What annoyed me was that it was all about Neil wanting to be left alone, and the guy starts fucking e-mailing him, trying to be sneaky, and to be honest he came off a bit slimy, to try and coax him out of hiding. Laughing and joking with the barber that stole his hair and hopes to make millions of dollars from.

The guy is fucking 78, leave him alone.

pfft if he really wanted to be left alone he could just disintergrate the guy with his alien death ray eye powers...we all know he got them when he went into space

on the whole though tv is generally crap i mean i can count the number of shows i actually make a point of watching the rest is either watched while flaked out and trust me i could be watching anything and not take it in or i just dont have the tv on at all.

I hardly turn the TV on these days, only to watch what my box has recorded

Top Gear, JR on Fridays and a few comedy shows that are on my planner. I enjoy going to the cinema much more, and tonight i'm off to the theatre.......Ooh, get me

If anyone is looking for something to watch and fill the time, then Trueblood is worth a download. American Vampire drama, very good.

God knows why I pay for cable TV any more, I get all my watching needs online.
