I bought the game for aprox. 1 month and now I want to pay for 3 months more. My free month is over and I filled in my cardnumber and so on.
I have got the mails 'Your account has been closed' and 'Order Confirmation'.
In the last one it says: "After your order you have not been able to process your payment, or it has been rejected."
I got the money I know that, have Visa Electron and before i Succesfully entered the same cardnumber for the trialversion of the game. Maybe I wrote wrong number now...I also use a swedish letter that's in my lastname...
So I want to fill out my card-info again. But when I press the link in 'Order Confirmation' I just says: "This order has already been confirmed and processed" And nothing more to do there!?
And when I log into my account and subscription it says:
'Unable to modify your subscription. An invoice is currently in process.'
And nothing more to there either.
Man I want to play with my friend, we're both lvl 24 now and going for thid. The reason I'm not playing anymore is that I got a bluescreen and had to restart and then it said account closed. If it wasn't for that..then atleast I could have been playing right now.
Anyone got a phonenumber or something that I can call and get it fixed right now?
I have sent a mail to 'them' but I guess that will take to atleast tomorrow.
