Subscription renewal

Hi, when my subscription ran out 2 days ago i wanted to renew.
then i typed in wrong nr from my visa, and it has blocked me for 2 days now.
is it me or does' the frenchman have a screw loose, when it comes to designing payments sites?

anyway anyone have an idea how to be able for me to play again, since they wont answer on the mail i sended em.

Similar happened to me, although I got an email saying the details were incorrect but site said invoice being processed so could not go any further.

It just cleared itself the next day tho.

its wierd when you want to subscribe, they wont let you, try and quit though and they charge you anyway
