It is annoying for poeple indeed and most stupidly of all, its losing GOA money and might even lose them customers. Any company with a good strategy in place would ofcourse get this sorted asap and have some sort of backup payment option.... Once again this shows GOAs lack of good management... makes you wonder how they stay in business!
