It is annoying for poeple indeed and most stupidly of all, its losing GOA money and might even lose them customers. Any company with a good strategy in place would ofcourse get this sorted asap and have some sort of backup payment option.... Once again this shows GOAs lack of good management... makes you wonder how they stay in business!

waited 1 month for my SI to arrive(weird,i know)
and now,its in my hands..thanks to GOA,i cant login with my SI client

well..i waited for 1 month,can wait a bit more i think :\

This is really annoying. I decide to come back to daoc 12 months after leaving. Order myself a copy of daoc:si, and now i cant even reactivate my account. :wall:

Neeeeed daoc Cant wait to get back in game! *curses*

PS. Does anyone know if my chars are likely to be preserved after 12 months of being inactive? I did a find on my chars on the duskwave db and couldnt find them at all. TBH im not fussed if theyre gone, i was gonna delete and restart anyway. It would have been nice to have some of the cash/items on my old chars though.

Inactive chars dont show up m8, But u can gguarentee they,ll be there wb btw

I heard that they get deleted 6 months after your sub runs out... might be wrong though.
