Subscribers suffer...

This mesage is regarding Goas way of handling the subscriptions. And i hope the right people happen to read this. For over a year now most people have payed a monthly cost to play this somewhat "addictive" online game. And the money goes to maintanence. Sometimes the subscription page is down and prevent us for paying, and playing untill the problem is solved, like tonight. After paying for this game for such a long time...
Is it realy to much to ask that they activate the account till the problem is solved ? Are you so cheap, that you cant give us 2-3 free days when its your fault afterall ? Just untill the problem is solved. If youre that cheap.... Deduct the damn days at the end of the month that we pay for after you fix the problem...
This is very unproffesional imo and has happend before.

And no, i dont want to pay in advance to protect myself against your "fuck-ups", this is your responsibility, not mine and thats why we are paying you.

So please, act up, and activate all accounts that are closed due to subscription problems during maintanence.

Your "was lojal" player....

This can be partly your fault too, i mean i guess you didnt leave the auto pay option on. Everything is bound to have a few problems eventually and they are working on fixing it. Sorry you cant play and all but at least give them a chance to fix the problem.

The auto pay option dont work for all cards and some bank refuse
auto pay option.

I know I have a Visa card there I can have auto pay option on.

Meanwhile I cant use the autopay option when I use my real creditcard Mastercard.

So that isnt a option for us all.

it should be their responsibility to make sure that the damn payment service works at all times. And if it doenst they SHOULD lock up the closed accounts during the time the problem active. Autopay is an option, but its should be a choice, and not a "must-have" cuz GOA, mythic or whoever, cant keep their damn service online.

This is the THIRD day the subs been down... not "omg i can't play for one night"... this is THREE F*CKING DAYS, and I'm starting to get really annoyed... maybe someone should give those palestine suicide bombers fake maps pointed to a certain spot in france... or something... I'm starting to get a craving for some bloodshed, kill kill kill kill kiiilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll...

btw for those stupid enough to not realize that i would not actually kill over a pc game i would just want to clarify that i'm just venting my mind. but it is kinda what is going round in my head...

i can just agree, for wtf i pay them? for being unable to solve problems within 4days of time? Oo And if I would have auto pay on i couldnt cancel my abo atm... this is really weird as a customer imho

I think it sucks too....no way you gotta put on auot pay. YOU decide when to play, not THEM! As of what i've heard...the customer is always right!
Imo they should unlock the accounts which have to pay that damn day they are doing maintance...its sucks bigtime. I wanna play now!

theres a similar discussion going on in the main general area, one guy found out that they can legally keep this BS up for 30 days.

i think its a bit pathetitic, why they cant give us an ETA on the fix, even a rough one... or put up a temporary manual enrollment / payment system so that ppl canstill register and pay while the fools with "teknishern" on thier shirts fiddle about with the website....

but then i am probably totaly wrong.. ah well.

Why... why argue on the cards funktion, autopay... the 100 reasons why the server is down... and why poor GOA has to fix this and that...

The fact is simple, this is a "everyday" game. Let the people have their accounts active during the period they fix the problems.
This "world" is alive afterall, 4 guilders of mine wont get their weapons, i missed raids and costumers (crafter) that i prommised to help and so on...

I bet most of you out there who cant pay feel like i do.

Lets put this in simple words so i dont hear any more on credit cards, and bullshit like that...

GOA, Fucks up, we unhappy and sad.

GOA, Press a fking button and activate our accounts, we happy again.

GOA, fix problem, we have to log and pay.

All happy.....

Maybe they should arrange a temp form of payment, So if at anytime this happens again, They can still take payments and keep ppl happy, Bad organisation is all i can say. :(

Nope no other way you can ask the E&E gamers you can find them under volenters under tab help..

I think french frogs just dont know how to unlock accounts.. everything's done automaticly and this maintaince is something like "HAHAHA U n00bs, pwned! handle your addiction and we will have a great laugh!" - pronounced with very very bad accent :D

I have the same problem. :( This is the 5th night for me and its really pissing me off. I payed for 3 months and all the sudden they decide thier gonna cancel my account then 30 mins later I try to pay and I can't, what horseshit.

It is annoying for poeple indeed and most stupidly of all, its losing GOA money and might even lose them customers. Any company with a good strategy in place would ofcourse get this sorted asap and have some sort of backup payment option.... Once again this shows GOAs lack of good management... makes you wonder how they stay in business!

daoc is like drugs,when u start u can easy quit but few notice problems,but later u get more used to it, get friends a level 50 etc,and u can hardly leave in US for example
and now u notice that smth is not so good with GOA but u cant do shit,and they can do anything they want with u :(

they really should fix that page already. i can remember several occasions this has happened (sub page being down for several days on end).
