Subscribed Emails

Ok, heres the general thing. Signed up to FH - great, lots of fun, spam, spam, spam to raise the post count in my mind, etc, etc

Anyways, how do i stop FH from sending me Emails about replies to posts? I've managed to change it so that its only weekly, but still it pisses me off getting 10+ emails each Friday (or is it Saturday?). Generally pushes power all the spam i'm being sent about enlarging my penis, buying viagra and stuff like that.

Please help.
