Subs Problem.

I am having terrible problems trying to renew my subs.
It is driving me crazy. When i press the "Subs Button" on the DAOC homepage it starts to load then stops about half way along the progress bar.
Rightnow is working ok so why isn't Subs?
I have tried this with my laptop too. Is there a prob at GoA?

I dunno if it is any help but IE is putting some rubbish about Javascript before the web address
