Heh... I don't think they even started sending them out, they will most likely put up some kind of news either today or tomorrow (Friday) telling us about the sub passwords.

that's what i was trying to figure out, as their info is "some day you'll recieve your subs password, and hopefully some day all will be ok"

All a bit frustrating really - after being a regular player for many months I had to suspend my account for a while due to work commitments.
Finally have the time to start playing again, (even investing in SI for the mighty sum of £4 in my local Game store! :hat: ), but obviously haven't been able to renew my subscription! Got the new account password early on of course, but not much use atm.
Can't wait to get my sorc up and running again....!
