I recently renewed my subs and playing again..i can access the billing pages for the 2 accounts. But i got a question for Rightnow regarding a respec a did. Now i'm trying to retreive my ID & Sub password with the "send e-mail" option it has. But i never receive it it seems (i takes about 2 min before i get the screen...mail send).
Anyone got an idea how i can get my sub id & sub pass back to use rightnow?
It says on the site to contact em directly..but how?
Asked a E&E on the forum here already..but seems he is on holiday or his mailbox is full and didn't get time to read my message there.
