sub page problems

i am trying to get a new sub pass for my accounts, but every time i click on the link in the email GOA sent me to retrieve a new pass it just comes up with the "this page contains no data" message, anyone else having the same problem? anyone know if its due to people registering cata?

nm, it doesnt seem to work in firefox, or direct linking, have to copy paste the link into Iexplorer and run it.
